How do I redeem a gift voucher I received?
If you have received a gift voucher, you can redeem it as follows:

Go to the order form and go through the steps for ordering a Cineville Pass
At 'Step 4. Membership' redeem your code by entering it in the 'enter code' field, then complete the order further. You do not need to make any payment and you will immediately see when your Cineville Pass runs.
You will receive a temporary Cineville Pass in your mailbox and within two weeks a physical, Pass in your mailbox.
Your Cineville Pass ends automatically after the number of gift months you have received. After this you can always continue your Cineville Pass as a regular membership by emailing our customer service.
