Van 13/02 tot 01/03 brengt cinema Nova een bijzondere programmatie rond de raakvlakken tussen black metal en cinema.
The series opens with a double screening. Black Metal, a documentary about the Belgian black metal scene of the 1990s, will be screened in the presence of director Marilyn Watelet. This will be followed by Que ton règne vienne, a recent film about contemporary Satanism in France.
At midnight, l'Eglise du Pont de l'Enfer will close the evening with a black mass.
The programme also includes a selection of films, complemented by exhibitions, lectures and live listening sessions. Together, they offer a glimpse into a music genre that is often approached in a one-sided manner.
