A nature documentary narrator returns to the screen after years of absence. A recent operation for her kidney stone made her realize that she had forgotten to talk about the stones and rocks that lie beneath living beings. Man and stone seem so far apart, and yet, like a volcano, we create new lands within our bodies. She sets off on a journey in search of the secrets of stone.
