This film takes us to the heart of the massive protests that took place over the course of a year against the agricultural laws newly adopted by the Indian government during the COVID lockdown. More than half a million protesters gathered – men and women of all generations, religions, classes and castes – and reinvented coexistence at massive protest sites that sprang up on the outskirts of Delhi. The film invites us to experience the daily textures and indomitable spirit of this historic agricultural movement – until the final victory!
