Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind

On an Earth ravaged by human madness, a handful of humans have managed to survive in a valley protected by the wind. But this farming community is threatened by a toxic forest where only giant insects survive. One day, these few survivors see their beloved king murdered and their princess Nausicaä taken prisoner.
