Emad Burnat, a Palestinian farmer from Bil'in, bought his first camera in 2005 at the birth of his fourth son. What starts as an attempt to capture nice family memories, slowly changes into a powerful report of a personal and collective conflict when Israelian evictions strike his village. Burnat documents the tension between villagers and Israelian soldiers and shows the impact of the Israelian oppression on Burnat's family. While his family suffers under daily arrests and nightly raids, his cameras get damaged again and again through the violent outbursts around him. Despite threats and personal offers, he keeps filming. Burnat tells another part of his story with every new camera he purchases. 5 BROKEN CAMERAS is a poignant portrait of courage and perseverance in times of big crisis.

Sarah (Jennifer Connelly), a romantic young girl feeling uncomfortable in her family, escapes by reading fantastic tales. One night, her favorite book, The Labyrinth, opens the door to another world. Sarah sees her younger brother, Toby, kidnapped by a troupe of goblins under the orders of the magnetic and cruel Jareth (David Bowie). She sets off to rescue the child and enters the labyrinth that leads to the kidnapper's palace.

Amores Perros is a film about social climbers, about socially successful people bringing about their own demise and about a drifter who has lived long enough to regret a past mistake. Their dogs are the connecting link between the characters. They are the silent witnesses to the behavior of their owners, none of whom seem made for happiness and, in terms of love and social contacts, excel mainly in adultery and deceit.
