The story of Ava, a 14-year-old girl trying to find her way through the complex relationship between her divorced parents. Her mother Naomi, a former successful techno DJ, wants to revive her career and is determined to make a comeback internationally. Ava's father Dominique has retired from the hectic nightlife scene and now leads a quieter existence. As Ava gets increasingly sucked into her mother's vibrant nightlife, she gets caught up in her parents' expectations and dreams.
