Connemara

Coming from a modest background, Hélène left her native region in the Vosges behind her for a long time. Today she is in her forties. A sudden burnout forces her to return from Paris to where she grew up, between Nancy and Épinal. She settles there with her family, finds a good job, and a new way of life. One evening, in the parking lot of a restaurant, she sees a familiar face: Christophe Marchal, the handsome ice hockey player from her high school days. It marks the beginning of an affair that Hélène did not see coming. Two conflicting worlds collide, but dreams of love prevail.
