A Formula One driver comes out of retirement to mentor and team with a younger driver.

18-year-old Camilla is going to study in Puglia and has decided to live there with her boyfriend Antonio. To get acquainted, her five-member family travels for a short summer vacation to Antonio's parents who live in a fine traditional country house. Soon the arrival of the headstrong Roman family leads to amusing events and many misunderstandings.
