How do I change my bank account number?

You can very easily change your bank account number yourself by logging in to your account on our website: click on “Membership”, and then on the “Modify” button to update your banc account details.

You may of course send us your IBAN number by email to service@cinevillepass.be and we will update your details in our database as soon as possible. The change will take effect from the following month, as long as the invoice has not yet been processed.

Please note that we need an IBAN number, as we can only change the account to a debit card, and not to a credit card.
