How do I update my bank details?
- Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
- Go to My Account > Manage my account
- Under Membership you will find your subscription details
- Next to Bank account, click Edit
- In order to update your bank details, we ask that you make a verification payment of €0.01
- Once this payment has been made, your bank details are automatically updated
The update will go trough from the next direct debit cycle. If you make the change between the 1st and 5th of the month, the direct debit for that month will already have been set up and will still be taken from your old account.
