How do I cancel my reservation?

Can't make it? Please let the cinema know in advance so they can offer your seat to another visitor. You'll find cancellation instructions in the confirmation email from the cinema. Please note: if you cancel directly with the cinema by phone or email, your booking may still show as active in our system, so you might receive an automated no-show email after the screening. Don't worry, you can ignore it.
