When can I collect my tickets?
Pick-up times may vary from one cinema to another, but once the box office is open, you can usually collect your ticket from 90 minutes before the start of the screening. Please note that there must always be a gap of at least 50 minutes between two consecutive screenings.
Have you booked a ticket online? In that case, you’ll also need to go to the box office. Up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening, you can exchange your booking confirmation for a valid ticket.
Important! Please ensure your Pass is scanned before each screening. If your Pass has not been scanned, your visit will not be recorded and will therefore be invalid, resulting in a loss of revenue for the cinema.
