Can I reserve tickets online?
Unfortunately, reservations are not yet possible at all cinemas. However, you can collect your ticket up to 90 minutes before the film starts at the box office of your favourite cinema.
In the following cinemas, reservations are already available:
- Antwerp: Cartoon's & Lumière Antwerpen
- Bruges: Lumière Brugge
- Brussels: RITCS
- Ghent: Sphinx
- Mechelen: Lumière Mechelen
To book a seat, select the Cineville rate in the online shop of the desired cinema and enter your unique Pass number (which can be found under the barcode on your Cineville Pass). You will receive a booking confirmation by email which needs to be exchanged for a valid ticket at the box office no later than 15 minutes before the film starts.
You can make up to 15 reservations.
Important! Always make sure your Cineville Pass is scanned before entering the cinema, even if you have made an online reservation.
