Having trouble making an online reservation? Here are a few possible reasons why:

Temporary Pass expired: If you haven't been a member for very long, you may still be using the Pass number from your temporary Cineville Pass, even though it has now expired. You should have received a physical Pass with a different Pass number by now — this is your permanent number. The Pass available in the app also has this permanent number.

Outstanding invoice: You may have an outstanding invoice for which we have already sent three reminders. After the third reminder, we will temporarily block your Cineville Pass. Your membership will continue as normal, but you won't be able to use your Pass until the invoice has been paid.

Wrong field: You may be entering your Pass number into the wrong field. Some cinemas also have a separate field in their booking system for different types of cards, such as gift or friends' cards. First, you need to select that you wish to book a Cineville ticket. Only then will the Cineville Pass number field appear.
