How do I cancel my Cineville membership?

Please note that the minimum subscription period is four full calendar months. The notice period is at least one full calendar month, meaning that the subscription will end on the last day of the following calendar month. For example, if you cancel on 22 September, your membership will remain active until 31 October.

  1. Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
  2. Go to My Account > Manage my account
  3. Under Membership you will find your active Cineville Pass
  4. Click Cancel
  5. Select your preferred end date and click Continue
  6. Click Confirm to confirm your cancellation

A confirmation will be sent to your email address. The last debit will take place at the beginning of your final membership month. Did you not receive a confirmation email? Please send us a message and we will look into it for you.
