I've lost my Cineville Pass
Don't worry. You can access your digital Pass via the Cineville app. To log in, use the email address you provided when you registered.
It's also easy to request a new card in your online account:
- Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
- Go to My Account > Manage my account
- Under Membership you will find your active Cineville Pass
- Click on I lost this card
- Pay the one-off administration fee of €10 to cover the cost of producing and dispatching a new card.
Once the payment has been received, your lost Pass will be blocked and a new one will be printed and sent to you. Additionally, your official Pass will be available in the app straight away.
