How does the monthly payment work?
When you purchase the Cineville Pass, you pay for the first term in advance by bank transfer. The first term always covers the remaining days of the month in which your subscription starts.
By paying the first term, you authorise us to deduct the monthly membership fee by direct debit from the account you have provided. If the payment cannot be debited from your bank account, we will send you a reminder by email containing instructions and a payment link. This initial reminder will include a warning about administration fees. If we do not receive payment after this, you will receive a second reminder, at which point these administration fees will be charged. With the third reminder, administration fees will be charged again and your Cineville Pass will be temporarily blocked, although your subscription will remain active. You will therefore continue to be charged even if your Cineville Pass is blocked. We strongly recommend that you always pay your invoice as soon as possible via the payment link in the reminder email. As soon as we have received your payment, your Pass will be reactivated immediately.
If an invoice remains unpaid for 60 days, your membership will be deactivated in its entirety and can only be reactivated once all outstanding invoices have been paid.
