Is it possible to temporarily stop my Cineville Pass?

We don't have a specific 'pause' option. However, the cancellation of your membership can be permanent as well as temporary, since you can always reactivate your terminated membership.

To cancel your membership, log in to your account via the website (not possible in the app), navigate to the 'My account' tab, then click on the 'Your membership' button. You’ll then see your active membership listed under your details. Here, you can set an end date for your membership using the "Cancel" button. Note: you will always receive a confirmation of your cancellation including the end date of your membership. If you didn’t receive a confirmation, your cancellation might not have been successful. In that case, please send an email to service@cinevillepass.be.

You can then reactivate your membership for free within 6 months. This is why your discontinuation can also be viewed as a temporary interruption. Reactivation can be done through your account by clicking the "Reactivate" button under "Manage your membership". When reactivating, you commit again to a minimum of 4 full calendar months.

If your membership ended more than 6 months ago and you wish to rejoin Cineville, you can start a new membership here. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, a one-time administrative fee of €25 will be charged. For privacy reasons, we delete your personal data after 180 days — see our Privacy Statement for more information. This is why reactivation is no longer possible after this period, and the administrative fee applies.
