Is it possible to temporarily stop my Cineville Pass?
We do not have a special pause feature, but it is possible to temporarily stop your Cineville Pass, subject to one month's notice and for up to 6 months. Temporarily stopping while still in the minimum term of four full calendar months is unfortunately not possible.
To temporarily discontinue your membership, please send an email to service@cinevillepass.be. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that you will always receive a confirmation of your cancellation that includes the end date of your membership. Do you not receive a confirmation? Then your cancellation may not have arrived properly and it is best to email again.
