How do I pause my Cineville membership?
We don't have a specific 'pause' option, but you can suspend your Cineville Pass and reactivate it after a short break. This allows you to temporarily pause your membership.
We will keep your subscription details for up to six months. After this period, you will no longer be able to reactivate your Cineville Pass and will need to register again. Please note that this only applies to regular subscriptions. A Cineville Pass created using a gift voucher cannot be paused under any circumstances.
Step 1: Suspend your Pass
- Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
- Go to My Account > Manage my account
- Under Membership you will find your active Cineville Pass
- Click Cancel
- Select your preferred end date and click Continue
- Click Confirm
Step 2: Reactivate your Pass (within 6 months)
- Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
- Go to My Account > Manage my account
- Under Membership you will find your old Cineville Pass
- Click Reactivate
- Select your preferred start date and let us know if you still have your old Pass or if you want us to create a new one.
- Click Continue then Confirm
Please note: when you reactivate your Cineville Pass after a break, you are once again committing to a minimum of four full calendar months.
