Help! I lost my Cineville Pass!

No panic! You can request a new Pass simply by emailing service@cinevillepass.be. We will send you a temporary Pass in the meantime, so that you can continue going to the movies.

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, making and sending a replacement Pass involves a one-time cost of €10, which we will debit from your account.
