How do I reactivate my Cineville Pass?

  1. Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
  2. Go to My Account > Manage my account
  3. Under Membership you will find your old Cineville Pass
  4. Click Reactivate
  5. Select your preferred start date and let us know if you still have your old Pass or if you want us to create a new one.
  6. Click Continue
  7. If your previous Cineville Pass was activated using a gift voucher, you will be asked to make a payment of €0.01 so that we have your IBAN details for direct debits. You agree that we may debit funds from this account.
  8. Click Confirm to make your return to Cineville official

By signing up again, you are committing to a minimum of four full calendar months. If you have requested a new physical Pass, please check your address details in your account and update them if necessary.
