How do I extend my Cineville membership?
- Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
- Go to My Account > Manage my account
- Under Membership you will find your active Cineville Pass, with the current expiry date shown below it
- Click Extend
- Select whether you would like to extend your membership indefinitely or set a new end date. If you would like a new end date, please select your preferred date. Click Continue.
- Click Confirm to complete your extension request
A confirmation will be sent to your email address. Did you not receive a confirmation email? Please send us a message and we will look into it for you.
Was your Cineville Pass created using a gift voucher? If so, when you extend your membership, you will be asked to make a verification payment of €0.01 so that we have your IBAN details for direct debits. You agree that we may debit funds from this account.
