How long is my Cineville Pass valid for?
Your Pass is valid indefinitely until you choose to cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time, as long as you have been a subscriber for at least four months and give one month's notice. In this case, your subscription will end on the last day of the following calendar month.
Follow these steps to cancel your Pass:
- Log in to the website (this is not possible in the app)
- Go to My Account > Manage my account
- Under Membership you will find your active Cineville Pass
- Click Cancel
- Select your preferred end date and click Continue
- Click Confirm to confirm your cancellation
A confirmation will be sent to your email address. The last debit will take place at the beginning of your final membership month. Did you not receive a confirmation email? If not, your request was probably not processed and is therefore invalid. Please send us a message and we will look into it for you.
